Amplifying the Voices of Wellesley Women
In conjunction with its capital campaign, Wellesley College worked with StoryCorps to showcase the ways that a Wellesley education had a tangible, lasting effect on alumnae and women affiliated with the school.
What we provided
- MobileBooth recording days at on campus over homecoming weekend
- Co-branding on the StoryCorps MobileBooth Airstream trailer
- Onsite recording days in major metropolitan areas where Wellesley alumnae live and work
- Custom-produced audio stories
Outcomes
- Recorded forty-seven 40-minute conversations with Wellesley alumnae, students, and faculty
- Delivered all full-length released recorded conversations to Wellesley
- Archived and preserved all released conversations at the Library of Congress
- Produced 10 stories for Wellesley’s campaign website, The Wellesley Effect
