The StoryCorps Experience, Now Virtual
As the greatest global health crisis in a century is changing the way we live and interact with our friends, neighbors and families, it is also changing the way we at StoryCorps are working with our partners who want to record meaningful stories with their communities, employees, or audience.
Typically, StoryCorps records Signature Interviews by sending our trained staff and equipment to your location to record interviews with your invited participants using the StoryCorps model: 40 minutes of uninterrupted conversation between two people who know each other.
Now, StoryCorps Virtual, a first-of-its-kind platform launched in April 2020, brings the magic of the StoryCorps experience to your participants while allowing for continued compliance with social distancing guidelines. Using StoryCorps Virtual, participants in two locations are able to have a meaningful and safe conversation, while a trained StoryCorps facilitator remotely guides the experience, just as they would in person. Listen to a story recorded on this platform here, and contact us below to learn more.
