A Storyteller’s Soundtrack to Every Kind of Valentine’s Day

As one of the most common themes heard in our 50,000 interview archive, StoryCorps knows that no two love stories are the same. That’s why we have been celebrating love in all forms this week for Valentine’s Day–from true love to true heartbreak, and all the gray areas in between.

In that spirit, we asked fans and staff for songs that they felt best reflected their own love stories. Today, we brought all these songs together to make an ultimate collection of jams that are sure to get you through tomorrow, no matter what your situation. It’s StoryCorps’ “Choose Your Own Valentine” Playlist.

Unsure of which playlist is right for you? Just listen to the three stories below and pick the ones you relate to the most. Enjoy! May these tunes carry you through the 14th!
