ATLANTA HISTORY CENTER GROUNDS
For easy access to McElreath Hall, park in the lot accessible from both West Faces Ferry Road and Andrews Drive. Handicap spaces are available and there is no parking fee.
The Atlanta History Center and McElreath Hall are wheelchair accessible.
Reservations open on the 1st Monday of each month at 10 AM local time. We expect a high volume of calls and reservations online. To assure you have an opportunity to make a reservation, we encourage you to call 800-850-4406 or make a reservation online as soon as they become available.
Go to our reservation system by clicking on the Reserve Now button above. If there are no appointments available, you can add your name to the wait list. We will contact you by phone if an appointment becomes available. New appointments are also available at the beginning of each month.
StoryCorps is a free public service, but we do ask for donations to help cover our costs and keep StoryCorps accessible to all. We suggest $25, but you can contribute as much or as little as you wish. Donations are processed at the StoryBooth after your interview. Please bring your form of payment with you if you’d like to donate.

StoryCorps is a public service intended to serve as many people as possible. We understand cancellations are necessary sometimes. We ask that you cancel your appointment in a timely way in order to ensure StoryCorps can continue to operate in so many cities and offer these highly coveted times to someone on our waiting list.
Cancellation and Credit Card Policy. When you book an appointment, you will be asked for your credit card information. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. This credit card will not be used to process any donations after your interview. If you do not have a credit card, you can still sign-up for an interview by calling 800-850-4406.
