“One thing I'm good at doing outside of school is hair…”
From Courtney Holiday Cesar Chavez Public Charter School for Public Policy

Hello, my name is Courtney Holiday, I’m 14 years old. I attend Cesar Chavez Public Charter School for Public Policy. One thing I’m good at doing outside of school is hair and it helps people because it makes them look nice and makes them look special to others and look appropriate. I live in South East. My family makes me special because they’re funny and I could relate to everything they have in common with me. My hopes and dreams for the future is to have my own business and that’s gonna be a cosmetologist to help people and make them look nice for any occasions.

Interview conducted in Washington, DC .
