KNME hosted an American Graduate Teacher Town Hall in Albuquerque, NM, on April 18. Ray Suarez, Senior Correspondent of PBS NewsHour, led the discussion that included teachers from all over the state of New Mexico. Teachers spoke about the importance of community involvement and investment in their children’s education, and touched on topics such as smaller classroom size and re-imagining the public school model.
