About Lilly
Lilly Sullivan likes words, connection, and noise. Originally from strawberry-producing terrain in Northern California, she moved east ten years ago to study literature at Smith College. She has since settled in Brooklyn, where she’s worked with literature, free expression, and cross-cultural exchange. As an online editor for PEN American Center, she has produced multimedia of international writers talking about human rights. She brings to StoryCorps her love of social justice, urban hikes, people and their dogs, and Whitney Houston.
