We stopped at Otis Cafe during our vacation in Lincoln City because I had read some good things about the food. It is VERY SMALL, I think about 8 tables and a short counter. They also have a few picnic tables on the side. As soon as we got there we were confronted, yes, confronted by an employee telling us that there were no available tables and that they would no longer be serving food at the outside tables that day (at the late hour of 1 pm) and we would have to leave because there is no place to wait inside. I could stand outside if I wanted. I was astonished by her rudeness! So, I can’t comment on the food, because obvoiusly we left, but if you’re looking for a heaping of attitude, this is your place!
