Susan Lee was born in Staten Island and raised in Queens. In her spare time, she enjoys biking around town, knitting scarves, and conducting guided school tours at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. She recently graduated with an M.S. degree from the Columbia School of Journalism. Prior to Columbia, she worked as a researcher at Air America Radio, the talk radio network.
