After receiving her B.S. in journalism from Florida A&M University in August 2011, Stephanie moved to Atlanta to serve as the volunteer coordinator and AmeriCorps member at Refugee Family Services. While working with refugees from all over the world, Stephanie fell in love with their stories of struggle, triumph, cultural assimilation, and more. Stephanie is happy to be working at StoryCorps, and looks forward to facilitating conversations that inspire and bring people closer together.
