R. Lena Richardson worked for StoryCorps as a Facilitator in New York City in 2006-2007, during which time she also spent two months as a Storybooth facilitator in Fayetteville, Arkansas and Omaha, Nebraska. A Brooklyn native, Lena journeyed to Canada to get her graduate degree in Adult Education and Community Development and then to California to study the healing arts. Now an acupressure practitioner in Berkeley, CA, she is delighted to rejoin the San Francisco StoryBooth part-time as a guest facilitator.
