Jorge Rojas' fascination with storytelling began as a child, listening to the tales of his family’s Paraguayan origins. This same fascination led Jorge to obtain a Bachelor's degree in English, with a creative writing concentration, from Fordham University - Lincoln Center. Born and raised in New York City, Jorge has cultivated a love for new experience and shares non-fiction, poetry and music through various local venues. As a Door-to-Door Facilitator at StoryCorps, Jorge hopes to take his love of stories across America and to meet as many characters as life permits.
